I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The King room on the 10th floor, overlooking the entire city, was a real treat from my upgraded bid. The service was top-notch, with the staff being polite, helpful, and super friendly at all times. The location couldn't have been better, close to Delft city center and right next to the train station. The dining options were decent, but could use a bit more variety. Overall, a great value for the money.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got upgraded from a Queen room to a King room on the 10th floor for just a small extra bid of 3 €. The room had five windows, making it bright and airy. The service was top-notch with a welcoming glass of prosecco, quick check-in, and even a delicious breakfast option of scrambled eggs and bacon. The location was perfect, right next to the train station and close to the Delft city center. The dining experience was good, although it would have been nice to see a bit more variety in the breakfast menu. Overall, a great stay with value for money.
